1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of its commercial or self-employed professional activity.

With regard to entrepreneurs: If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, their validity is hereby objected to; they only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.

2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Bidabadi GmbH.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded by clicking the order button to accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German, English

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. The contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons.

4. Delivery Conditions

We deliver free of charge.

Delivery Options

We ship the products to the delivery address specified in the order process.

We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

5. Payment

In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available.

Credit Card
In the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

SEPA Direct Debit
By placing the order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you of the date of debiting at least one bank business day in advance (so-called pre-notification). A bank business day is any weekday except Saturdays, uniform statutory holidays, and December 24 and 31 of each year. Debiting the account takes place before the goods are shipped.

Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA ("Apple"), you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. In cooperation with the payment service provider paydirekt GmbH, Stephanstr. 14-16, 60313 Frankfurt a. M, we offer the giropay payment methods. To be able to pay the invoice amount via giropay, you must have a bank account that is activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. However, giropay can offer registered and individually selected giropay customers additional payment modalities in the customer account. We have no influence on offering these modalities; further individually offered payment modalities concern your legal relationship with giropay. Google Pay

Invoice purchase via PayPal requires an address and credit check and is carried out directly by PayPal.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal as described in the withdrawal policy. Entrepreneurs are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal.

8. Liability

We are always liable for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents without limitation

  • in the event of injury to life, body, or health,
  • in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
  • in the case of warranty promises, if agreed, or
  • to the extent that the scope of the Product Liability Act is opened up.

In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, liability is limited in amount to the damage foreseeable at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.

9. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here. Consumers have the option to use this platform for the resolution of their disputes.
To settle disputes arising from a contractual relationship with a consumer or whether such a contractual relationship exists at all, we are obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The responsible body is the Universal Arbitration Board of the Federal Center for Arbitration e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.verbraucher-schlichter.de. We will participate in dispute resolution proceedings before this body.
