This rug originates from the Hossenabad region in the Hamadan province. Carpets from this area are well known for their durability, dense wool structure and timeless tribal patterns.
The carpet is traditionally hand-knotted by skilled artisans using high-quality wool on a strong cotton foundation. With approximately 200,000–250,000 knots per square meter, the rug offers a durable and dense structure designed to last for decades.
The rug features a traditional geometric pattern set on a vibrant red background. Dark blue and ivory accents create a balanced composition that gives the runner a timeless and elegant appearance.
