You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bidabadi GmbH, Brook, 9, 20457 Hamburg, Germany, [email protected], Telephone: 49(0)4036090707) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://rugeast.com/profile/order-list. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including information about the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will make this reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If you finance this contract through a loan and subsequently withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is presumed in particular if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our involvement in arranging the financing. If the loan has already been paid to us when the withdrawal takes effect, your lender assumes our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with respect to the legal consequences of withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign currencies or derivatives).

If you wish to avoid contractual obligations as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of withdrawal for that agreement as well.

We bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return takes place within Germany.

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, free return labels will be provided for your return. If you use these return labels, returning the goods is free of charge for you. The return label will be provided to you by email. You can drop off the return at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.
